98prk Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for All Players

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legal agreement between you ("the user" or "the player") and 98prk ("the platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 98prk website and all associated gaming, betting, casino and loyalty services available at 98prk.onl.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager on any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 3Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on 98prk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you request for withdrawal is the amount processed to your payment method, subject to any applicable processing timelines.

The following payment methods are supported on 98prk:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals via registered JazzCash account.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals via registered Easypaisa account.
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via the Raast payment infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers to and from registered Pakistani bank accounts.
• PKR Debit and Credit Cards — Pakistani-issued card transactions where supported.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. 98prk processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section of your account. VIP players at Gold and Platinum tier may benefit from expedited processing times as a tier benefit.

98prk complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. 4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated within each offer's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the individual offer terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.

5Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 98prk covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test cricket), Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball and other competitions as available. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation and 98prk does not guarantee any specific odds for any period of time.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended or voided — due to match abandonment, postponement, administrative error or any other cause — will have stakes returned unless the applicable competition rules specify otherwise.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds available at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Delay in confirmation due to connection issues is at the player's risk.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These may vary by competition, market type and account tier.
• 98prk reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of erroneous odds being offered, market manipulation, suspicious betting patterns or any other irregularity that affects the integrity of a market.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. Any voided selection within an accumulator reduces the number of selections and the combined odds are adjusted accordingly.

Cricket-specific note: For PSL and T20 international matches, in the event of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, settlement will follow the rules applicable to the revised format of the match. Bets on a specific total of overs that are subsequently not bowled will be voided.

6Live Casino and Slot Game Rules

Live Casino games on 98prk are operated with real dealers via live video stream. All outcomes in Live Casino are determined by the physical actions of the dealer — card dealing, wheel spinning, dice rolling — and are final once confirmed and displayed on screen. In the event of a technical failure during a Live Casino round, the round will be resolved according to the most recent confirmed game state. Where resolution is not possible, the round may be voided and stakes returned.

Slot games on 98prk use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Each spin is an independent event and previous results have no effect on future outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information section. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.

7VIP Programme Terms

The 98prk VIP programme operates across all sections of the platform. Points accumulate through wagering activity in Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots and Bingo and contribute to tier progression across Silver, Gold and Platinum levels. The following terms apply to the VIP programme:

• VIP points are awarded based on qualifying wagering activity. Not all wager types may contribute to point accumulation — the applicable contribution rates are stated within the VIP programme details.

8Prohibited Conduct and Account Security

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to place bets, interact with casino games or perform any platform function in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to manipulate sports betting markets through coordinated or collusive betting activity.

• Providing false or misleading identity information at registration or at any point during verification.

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification of your identity and confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements apply to your balance.

98prk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The account has been used in violation of any part of these Terms.
• The account holder has not met identity verification requirements within the required timeframe.
• The account is subject to a fraud investigation or AML review.
